What usually happens
Most senior careers are close to invisible.
People who move fast rarely stop to document what they did. The decisions, the calls that turned out right, the launch that held because someone refused a late change: almost none of it is written down anywhere a stranger could find it.
A thin public record says nothing about how good you are. It says your work is not searchable, which is a different problem, and it is the one Cream exists to fix.
- The signals What is genuinely visible in your work, with a source on every line, so you can check each one.
- The pillars Which of the six your visible work touches, and which have nothing behind them yet.
- The gaps Where you are probably strong and simply invisible. That is the useful part.
No score comes back. Public material has not been probed and nobody has signed it, so it has not earned one. Putting a number on it would be the exact surface reading Cream exists to replace.

Only what you hand us below, plus what is publicly published about your work: talks, posts, launches, documentation, press. Nothing private, nothing behind a login.
What we never do
We do not run automated collection against LinkedIn or any other network. If you want your profile read, you paste it yourself. That is why the box below exists.
Who sees it
You, and the two people who run Cream. It is not shown to any company, it does not go on a list, and it never appears on this website.
How long we keep it
Thirty days, unless you join us. Ask for it to be deleted at any point, including the moment you decide against joining, and it is gone that day.
Hand us the public half
The more you give it, the more honest the answer.
Everything here is optional except a way to reach you. Give us nothing but a name and we will still look, and the result will simply be thinner, which is itself the point.
This page stores nothing and sends nothing.
What you type stays in your browser. Pressing the button below assembles it into a message that you send yourself, from your own mail app, when you are ready. Close the tab and it is gone. We thought that was the right way for a company whose product is trust to ask you for anything.
