We ask you to prove yourself. Here is what we do with the proof.

Cream holds the record of your career and the names of people who vouched for you. That is a serious thing to be trusted with, so this page is written to be read rather than to be survived. No defined terms, no schedules, no paragraph that means the opposite of what it appears to.

This website holds nothing

The public site has no way to read the member records. It cannot query them, list them, or show them. Where a page collects anything, it says so on the page and it tells you exactly where it goes. The evidence preview does not even do that much: it assembles a message in your own browser and leaves you to send it.

Your record is yours, and it is only ever added to

Cream never quietly edits what it holds about you. New evidence is appended, so the old reading stays visible next to the new one. That is how your growth stays legible, and it is also why you can always see how a conclusion was reached.

Every line has a source

Nothing enters your record without a note saying where it came from: your own words, the work you showed us, the conversation we had, or the person who signed for it. If we cannot say where something came from, it does not go in.

Your referees are not a mailing list

When you name someone who would vouch for you, we contact them about you and nothing else. They are never added to a list, never marketed to, never approached about a job, and never told anything about you that you have not already told us.

We do not scrape

We do not run automated collection against LinkedIn or any other network, because their rules forbid it and because we would rather not build on something we would have to hide. If a profile is going to be read, a person pastes it deliberately, and the record notes that is what happened.

No company sees your name until you release it

Companies see anonymous shortlists. Your name reaches a specific company only when you confirm your interest in that specific role. Not when we think you would suit it, not when they ask, and not for any other role. You can withdraw it again.

We do not sell anything about you

No data sales, no data sharing for advertising, and no analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Cream is paid by companies for placements, which is the whole business model, and it is the only one.

One thing does load from elsewhere

The request form carries a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which is there to keep automated submissions from burying real ones. It is a challenge rather than a tracker: it does not use cookies to follow you, and it is not used for advertising. It is the only third party code on this site, and it appears on that one page.

Deletion actually means deletion

Write to us and we remove your record. Draft profiles built from public sources are kept for thirty days and are deleted the same day you ask, or the day you tell us you are not interested. We will confirm when it is done rather than leaving you to wonder.

If anything on this page turns out not to match what we actually do, that is a fault and we want to hear about it. Write to hello@creamconnects.ca.
