Bring the work, and where you are heading.
Cream is in beta with a founding cohort. Membership opens by direct referral, or by a code from a member who is putting their own standing behind you. Every request is read by a person.
We do not ask you for a colleague's details.
Plenty of networks would have you hand over a referee's name and email before you are even in. We ask you to name a reference later, from inside, once you have had the chance to ask them first. Until then we hold nothing about anybody except you.
No CV is required, though you are welcome to send one once we reply.

A person reads it, and you hear back.
You are about to tell us something about your career before you know anything about us. So here is exactly what happens to it.

Not a form that disappears into a tool. Someone reads it, and if the answer is not now we will say so rather than go quiet.
Only you are in this request
We never ask for a colleague's details at this stage, so nothing you send names anyone who has not agreed to it. References come later, from inside, once you have asked them yourself.
Nobody sees your name until you release it
Companies see anonymous shortlists. Your name reaches a specific company only when you confirm your interest in that specific role, and you can withdraw it.
Deletion means deletion
Ask and we remove what we hold, then confirm it is done. We do not keep a copy in case you change your mind.
